Direct-curing vulcanizing presses for inner tube production — six frame sizes covering bicycle, motorcycle, passenger car and truck tube moulds.
The Tube Curing Press vulcanizes extruded and spliced rubber tube into its finished form. Upper and lower heated platens close onto the mould under hydraulic pressure, holding temperature and pressure through the cure cycle to give the tube its final strength and elasticity.
Six frame sizes are available, selected by the mould the tube requires — from the smallest bicycle tubes up to 16.00-30 truck moulds. Presses are built to order, and platen configuration can be adapted to the customer’s mould and layout.

Mould specification is the selection criterion. If your mould falls between two frames, or you are working to a mould we have not listed, send us the drawing and we will confirm the frame.
The Tube Curing Press is the curing stage of the inner tube line. It follows extrusion, splicing and valve insertion — see the full inner tube production sequence.
