Four-roll sheeting machine with drive motor, gearbox and take-off tray

The same four-roll platform as the cord calender, configured for a different job. Instead of coating fabric, it draws compound down through the roll stack into a continuous sheet of controlled thickness — for rubber sheet, for laminating one compound onto another, and for feeding foam and EVA processing.

The rolls are heated and cored, the gaps set on graduated wheels at each end, and the sheet comes off the bottom roll onto a take-off tray.

Sheeting or topping?

Same four rolls, different purpose. This machine makes sheet — rubber, EVA, foam, laminate. The Nylon Cord Calender coats fabric, and carries the cord handling, tension control and variable-speed drive that tire cord work requires.

If you are making sheet, this is the machine. If you are topping tire cord, it is not.
